I created Turtleshell Bookshop because I believe every child deserves stories that help them feel confident, valued, and inspired.
My love for writing began when I was a little girl. Long before I dreamed of becoming an author, I filled notebooks with poems, stories, and the little ideas that seemed too special to let go. Poetry was my first love, and through writing I discovered that words have the power to comfort, encourage, and help people feel seen.
Today, that same passion lives on in every book I create.
Whether it’s a child learning they’re more than their appearance, discovering the beauty of their unique gifts, or finding the courage to believe in themselves, my hope is that each story leaves readers with a little more confidence, a little more kindness, and a heart full of wonder.
