Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received.
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- During book launches, promotions, and holiday seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed.
- United States: 3–7 business days
- Puerto Rico: 3–7 business days
- Canada: 7–14 business days
- International: 10–21 business days (delivery times may vary by destination and customs processing).
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).
Digital Products
Digital books and downloadable products are delivered electronically and are not subject to shipping fees. Download instructions will be provided after your purchase is complete.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. Turtleshell Bookshop is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.
International Orders
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees required by their country. These charges are not included in your purchase price or shipping cost.
